Ushbu maxfiylik siyosati "Unquit" mobil ilovasi (bundan keyin — "Ilova") foydalanuvchilarning ma'lumotlariga qanday munosabatda bo'lishini tushuntiradi. Ilova yordamida siz kunlik vazifalar, eslatmalar, qaydlar, maqsadlar va odatlarni boshqarasiz.

Qisqacha

Unquit deyarli barcha ma'lumotlaringizni faqat qurilmangizda saqlaydi va hech qaysi serverga yubormaydi. Istisno faqat ikkita va ikkalasi ham faqat SIZ tanlaganingizda ishlaydi: (1) 'Muammo haqida xabar berish' orqali yuborgan matningiz; (2) ilova kutilmaganda yopilsa, keyingi ochilishda chiqadigan so'rovga rozilik bersangiz — texnik xatolik hisoboti. Ikkalasi ham developerga Telegram orqali boradi. Boshqa hech narsa to'planmaydi.

Biz to'plamaydigan ma'lumotlar

Ilova quyidagilarni so'ramaydi va to'plamaydi:

ism, familiya, telefon raqami yoki email manzil;
ro'yxatdan o'tish yoki tizimga kirish (akkaunt talab qilinmaydi);
joylashuv (GPS) ma'lumotlari;
kontaktlar, rasmlar yoki boshqa shaxsiy fayllar.

Qurilmada saqlanadigan ma'lumotlar

Siz Ilovaga kiritgan barcha ma'lumotlar — vazifalar, eslatmalar, qaydlar, maqsadlar, tashlamoqchi bo'lgan odatlar, statistika va sozlamalar — faqat sizning qurilmangiz xotirasida saqlanadi va hech qaysi serverga yuborilmaydi. Yagona istisno — 'Muammo haqida xabar berish' bo'limi orqali siz o'zingiz yuborgan matn (4-bo'limga qarang).

Ilova ruxsatlari

Ilova quyidagi ruxsatlardan foydalanadi:

Bildirishnomalar — vazifa va eslatmalarni belgilangan vaqtda ko'rsatish uchun;
Aniq vaqtli signal (alarm) — eslatmalar aynan to'g'ri vaqtda kelishi uchun;
Qurilma qayta yoqilganda ishga tushish — telefon o'chib-yonganda rejalashtirilgan eslatmalar yo'qolmasligi uchun;
Vibratsiya — bildirishnoma kelganda titrash uchun;
Internet — faqat (a) siz 'Muammo haqida xabar berish' bo'limidan xabar yuborganingizda yoki (b) ilova qulagandan so'ng texnik xatolik hisobotini yuborishga rozilik berganingizda, ularni developerga yetkazish uchun; shuningdek (v) ilova Google Play orqali o'rnatilgan bo'lsa, ochilganda yangi versiya bor-yo'qligini tekshirish va — faqat siz rozilik bersangiz — yangilanishni yuklab olish uchun.

Internetdan boshqa ruxsatlar shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringizni yig'ish yoki uzatish uchun ishlatilmaydi.

Internet va tashqi xizmatlar

Ilova asosan oflayn ishlaydi — barcha shriftlar va kontent ilova ichiga joylangan, kundalik foydalanish uchun internet talab qilinmaydi.

Internet faqat quyidagi holatlarda ishlatiladi:

Agar 'Muammo haqida xabar berish' bo'limidan xabar yuborsangiz — yozgan matningiz yuborilgan vaqt, ilova tili va qurilma turi (masalan Android) bilan birga Telegram xizmati orqali developerga yuboriladi. Bu faqat siz 'Jo'natish'ni bosganingizda sodir bo'ladi; internet bo'lmasa, xabar yuborilmaydi va internet yoqilguncha qurilmangizda turadi.
Agar ilova kutilmaganda yopilib qolsa — keyingi ochilishda sizdan texnik xatolik hisobotini (qurilma turi, tizim versiyasi va xatolik izi; shaxsiy mazmuningizsiz) yuborishni so'raymiz. Bu faqat siz 'Yuborish'ni bosganingizda va internet yoniq paytda yuboriladi; internet o'chiq bo'lsa hisobot qurilmangizda qoladi, o'zingiz rad etsangiz — o'chiriladi.
Agar email yoki Telegram havolasini o'zingiz bossangiz — tegishli tashqi ilova (pochta yoki Telegram) ochiladi.
Ilova Google Play orqali o'rnatilgan bo'lsa — ochilganda Google Play orqali yangi versiya bor-yo'qligini tekshiradi va siz rozilik bersangiz yangilanishni fonda yuklab oladi. Bunda sizning shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringiz Google Play'ga yuborilmaydi; bu Google Play'ning standart yangilash mexanizmi bo'lib, unga Google'ning o'z maxfiylik siyosati qo'llaniladi.

Xabarlaringiz to'g'ridan-to'g'ri Telegram'ga emas, developer boshqaradigan oraliq xizmat (Cloudflare Worker) orqali yetkaziladi — bu xizmat xabarni saqlamaydi, faqat Telegram'ga uzatadi. Shu sababli yetkazishda Cloudflare va Telegram'ning o'z maxfiylik siyosatlari ham qo'llaniladi. Ilova reklama ko'rsatmaydi va hech qanday tahlil/kuzatuv (analytics) vositalaridan foydalanmaydi.

Ma'lumotlarni uchinchi shaxslar bilan baham ko'rish

Biz hech qanday ma'lumotingizni sotmaymiz va ijaraga bermaymiz. Yagona holat — 'Muammo haqida xabar berish' orqali yuborgan xabaringiz yoki siz rozilik bergan texnik xatolik (crash) hisoboti developer boshqaradigan oraliq xizmat (Cloudflare) orqali Telegram'ga, ya'ni developerga yetkaziladi; bu faqat siz o'zingiz tanlaganingizda sodir bo'ladi va ulardan boshqa hech narsa uzatilmaydi.

Bolalar maxfiyligi

Ilova bolalardan ataylab hech qanday shaxsiy ma'lumot to'plamaydi. Ilova umumiy auditoriya uchun mo'ljallangan.

Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish

Barcha ma'lumotlar qurilmangizda saqlangani uchun, Ilovani o'chirib tashlaganingizda (uninstall) unga tegishli barcha ma'lumotlar ham qurilmadan butunlay o'chiriladi. Bizda hech qanday nusxa qolmaydi — bundan istisno faqat siz 'Muammo haqida xabar berish' orqali ataylab yuborgan xabarlar (ular bizga yetib bo'lgani uchun bizda qoladi). Shuningdek, ilova ichidagi sozlamalar orqali ma'lumotlarni qo'lda tozalashingiz mumkin.

Xavfsizlik

Ma'lumotlaringizning deyarli barchasi qurilmangizdan tashqariga chiqmaydi, shu sabab ularning xavfsizligi asosan qurilmangizning o'z himoyasiga (parol, barmoq izi va h.k.) bog'liq.

Siyosatdagi o'zgarishlar

Ushbu maxfiylik siyosati vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanishi mumkin. O'zgarish bo'lganda, yangilangan matn shu sahifada yangi "Kuchga kirgan sana" bilan e'lon qilinadi.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Unquit" mobile application (the "App") handles user information. Unquit helps you manage daily tasks, reminders, notes, goals, and habits.

In short

Unquit keeps almost all of your data only on your device and does not send it to any server. There are just two exceptions, and both happen only when YOU choose to: (1) a message you send via 'Report a problem'; (2) if the app crashes unexpectedly, a technical error report — but only if you agree to the prompt shown on the next launch. Both go to the developer through Telegram. Nothing else is collected.

Information we do NOT collect

The App does not request or collect:

name, phone number, or email address;
account registration or login (no account is required);
location (GPS) data;
contacts, photos, or other personal files.

Data stored on your device

All information you enter into the App — tasks, reminders, notes, goals, habits to quit, statistics, and settings — is stored solely in your device's local storage and is not sent to any server. The only exception is a message you yourself send via 'Report a problem' (see section 4).

App permissions

The App uses the following permissions:

Notifications — to show tasks and reminders at the scheduled time;
Exact alarms & reminders — so reminders arrive at precisely the right time;
Run on boot — so scheduled reminders are not lost when the device restarts;
Vibration — to vibrate when a notification arrives;
Internet — only when (a) you send a message via 'Report a problem', or (b) you agree to send a technical error report after the app has crashed, to deliver these to the developer; and (c) if the App was installed from Google Play, to check for a new version when the App opens and — only with your consent — download the update.

Apart from the internet permission, none of these are used to collect or transmit your personal data.

Internet and third-party services

The App works mostly offline — all fonts and content are bundled inside the App, and no internet is required for everyday use.

The internet is used only in these cases:

If you send a message via 'Report a problem' — your text, together with the time it was sent, the app language, and your device type (e.g. Android), is sent to the developer through the Telegram service. This happens only when you tap 'Send'; if there is no internet, the message is not sent and stays on your device until the internet is on.
If the app crashes unexpectedly — on the next launch we ask whether to send a technical error report (device type, system version and the error trace; without your personal content). It is sent only when you tap 'Send' and the internet is on; if you are offline the report stays on your device, and if you decline it is deleted.
If you yourself tap an email or Telegram link — the relevant external app (your mail app or Telegram) opens.
If the App was installed from Google Play — when the App opens, it checks via Google Play whether a new version is available and, if you consent, downloads the update in the background. None of your personal data is sent to Google Play; this relies on Google Play's standard update mechanism, to which Google's own privacy policy applies.

Your messages are delivered not directly to Telegram but through an intermediate service operated by the developer (a Cloudflare Worker), which does not store them and only forwards them to Telegram. Delivery is therefore also subject to Cloudflare's and Telegram's own privacy policies. The App shows no ads and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent any of your data. The only cases are the message you send via 'Report a problem' and a technical error (crash) report you agree to send; these are delivered to the developer through an intermediate service operated by the developer (Cloudflare) and then Telegram, only when you choose to, and nothing beyond them is transmitted.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. It is intended for a general audience.

Data deletion

Because all data is stored on your device, uninstalling the App permanently removes all of its data from your device. We keep no copy — the only exception being messages you deliberately sent via 'Report a problem', which we have already received. You can also clear data manually through the App's settings.

Security

Since almost all of your data never leaves your device, its security depends mainly on your device's own protections (passcode, fingerprint, etc.).

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes occur, the updated text will be published on this page with a new "Effective date."
